How to Delete Your IkhtiarSG Account

You can permanently delete your IkhtiarSG account directly within the app by following these steps:

1. Open the IkhtiarSG app and sign in to your account.

2. Tap the Profile icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

3. Scroll down and select Delete Account.

4. Review the information provided and tap Delete to confirm your request.

Alternatively, if you are unable to access your account or experience any issues, you may contact our support team at admin@ikhtiar.sg to request account deletion.

Data Retention

Upon successful deletion, your account and associated personal data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or to comply with legal obligations. Any retained data will be securely deleted once it is no longer required.
